This is a frozen lake near where I live in Maine. It is called Sebago Lake and it is not frozen yet, but it soon will be. The Lake is very large and deep so it takes a while to freeze - mid January being about normal time for the surface to be covered in ice.

The other day I was walking home in the rain. The sidewalk was wet and I slipped and fell and cracked my head open on the sidewalk. The doctor told me to take it easy and stay at home for a few days so i could get some rest.

I did that but I got tired of watching soap operas, so I decided to make a drawing and this is what came out.

Now I 'm all healed up and back at work, but I can't draw like this any more. Too bad.

Here is my digital entry. Probably not to hard to figure out that it is a drawing from the recent past. I deciided to use it because it fit the theme so well, at least in my mind. This particular piece reminds me of pixelation, you know, that strange effect you get when you copy the same jaypeg image one too many times. Then again it can be nice touch to an image or graphics, when you plan for it.
